Understanding Diclofenac and Its Uses

How should I take diclofenac?

Diclofenac tablets should be swallowed whole and should not be crushed, chewed, or broken. Zorvolex, another form of diclofenac, should be taken on an empty stomach, at least one hour before or two hours after a meal. Cambia, in powder form, should be dissolved in 1 to 2 ounces of water. No other types of liquids should be used. The mixture should be stirred and consumed immediately. Cambia is most effective when taken on an empty stomach.

If a headache persists after taking Cambia, it is advisable to contact a doctor. Regular medical tests may be necessary for individuals using diclofenac long-term.

Storage

Diclofenac should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. The bottle should be tightly closed when not in use.
